What is included in the quote shown by the Blurent website?

The quote includes: Limited or unlimited mileage depending on the selected option, kasko insurance, theft and fire, third-party motor liability (RCA), roadside assistance, green card (RCA foreign extension), gas kit. The insurance coverage is subject to percentage excess/deductible.


Do I have to receive a booking confirmation after I made the payment?

Yes, once the payment is made and accepted Blurent will send all required information to reach the rental centre to pick up the motorhome.


Is it possible to book online?

Yes, on the website www.blurent.com it is possibile to book and pay by using a credit card.


Is it possible to book a specific model of motorhome?

Each Blurent rental centre has its own fleet of Blucamp vehicles and the model availability varies from centre to centre, Blurent can only guarantee the category of the rented vehicle and not the specific model.


In order to book a motorhome do I have to pay the whole amount of the rental in advance?

You have to pay the whole amount of the rental only if the booking is made less than 30 days before the Pick up date. The standard procedure requires the immediate payment of 30% of the total rental amount while the balance payment can be made up to 30 days before the departure date.


If I do not have a credit card, can I use the credit card of another person?

No, the name of the person who makes the payment is reported on the rental agreement, for this reason if you do not have a credit card you can pay via bank transfer.
